Returns

All returns must be authorized by Duraline within 30 days of the invoice date. Within thirty (30) days of purchase, we will replace or repair, at our sole discretion, any product that is deemed defective.

All non-defective returns authorized by Duraline are subject to a 15% restocking fee and must be completed within 30 days of invoice.

All returns must include a Return Authorization Number authorized by customer service.
