Low Voltage Incandescent Vapor-Proof Handlamps with On/Off Switch

These low voltage vapor proof handlamps operate at 12 volts and are ideal when jobsite locations require an O.S.H.A compliant portable lighting solutions for use in wet and possible conductive locations. The lightweight transformer is housed in a small waterproof enclosure molded to the cable with a removable cover for servicing. This enclosure is molded of Hypalon (registered trademark DuPont Dow Elastomers) chlorosulfonated polyethylene type 4085 rubber to protect transformer for environment. This hand lamp also features an encapsulated switch, which is molded into the body of the hand-light and is completely watertight. These sockets include a heavy-duty, internal crush-proof ring around the screw shell, an external grounding ring and a molded-in, heavy-duty brass hanging grommet. The body style is designed to accommodate a Vapor-Proof Pyrex globe and 100 Watt max 12 Volt incandescent lamp. A heavy gauge steel wire guard is finished with a Zinc-Chromate plating for protection against corrosion. Socket bodies are molded of durable Hypalon (registered trademark DuPont Dow Elastomers) chlorosulfonated polyethylene type 4085 rubber, and each socket is integrally molded to type SOOW cable.

Weather-Proof Molded Switch

This Weather-Proof molded to cable toggle switch is rated for 20 amps 120 volts. The switch and toggle boot are easily replaceable for years of use. The molded body is Hypalon (registered trademark DuPont Dow Elastomers) chlorosulfonated polyethylene type 4085 rubber and is integrally molded to the cable. This switch assembly is currently available for use on all Duraline 2 and 3 wire lighting Streamers and Vapor-Proof Streamers.

Power Distribution Panel

This New Power Distribution Panel is rated 480 Volts, 150 Amps 3 Pole, with Nema 4X Fusible Disconnect Switch. The Fiberglass Nema 4X box with hinged cover, and mounting brackets include (1) Appleton ADR6034 Female 60A output Receptacle with snap cover, (1) Crouse Hinds AR641 Female 60A output Receptacle with snap cover, and (3) Male Duraline E1022 style input receptacles (color coded Black, White, Red) with Caps. This box when mounted to a yard built rolling cart allows the shipyard to tap off of existing pier power to run other equipment.
