Positive Latching Connectors Achieve Positive Connection Through Duraline’s Unique Custom Latching Design

Duraline’s Positive Latching Connectors are weather and rain-tight and feature an internal gear tooth and latch arrangement to prevent accidental disconnection.

Duraline’s connectors achieve high locking pressures, yet unlocking is easily and quickly accomplished by depressing an insulated, external button. In addition, Duraline’s connectors feature polarization and interlock security and are available in color coded, long shroud styles.

Duraline’s housing designs are available with male or female receptacles up to 5 pole, are rated from 690 amps continuous thru 1150 amps intermittent, and may be custom designed to fit specific customer application needs. All Duraline products are designed to reduce downtime and eliminate GFI system problems.

Duraline’s 30 Degree Housings and Positive Locking Style Connectors are constructed using the highest quality materials to insure long life and trouble-free operation. Each connector is thoroughly inspected and repeatedly tested during the manufacturing process. All Duraline connectors are molded in solid Hypalon (registered trademark DuPont Dow Elastomers) chlorosulfonated polyethylene type 4085 rubber permanently bonded to heavy-duty cable. The connectors’ unique seal design isolates one contact from the other and creates a watertight seal.
