Duraline®, a leading manufacture of lighting streamers and other electrical power distribution systems for over 50 years, announces its’ Vapor-Proof / Waterproof Block Streamers. Designed to be mounted onto a wall ceiling or flat surface, Block Streamer are ideal for tunnel lighting, roadway barrier lighting or anywhere moisture poses a problem.

Vapor-Proof / Waterproof Block Streamer provide safe, overhead temporary lighting.  Their sockets are ruggedly constructed and integrally molded in solid Hypalon rubber.  A rubber “O” ring forms a watertight seal around the neck of each bulb, eliminating problems associated with oil, dirt, and moisture.  The body style is designed to accommodate a clear Vapor-Proof Pyrex globe and a steel wire-guard.  An integrally molded flange with four mounting holes enables the streamers to be surface-mounted to median barriers, walls, ceilings and other surfaces.

Duraline’s Vapor-Proof / Waterproof Block Streamers feature an internal steel “crush-proof” reinforcing ring and an accessible brass grounding ring.  They come ready to hang and can be made to meet customers’ specific lengths, cable size, and number and spacing of sockets. Duraline Lighting Systems are Factory Mutual Approved, exceed O.S.H.A. requirements and are suitable for IEC class IP67 and NEMA Class 6 applications.
