This Thermatrol Control Unit is the heart of the system, is built to NEMA standards for watertightness and outdoor use under all conditions. It incorporates a percentage timer, variable from 0 to 100% of a minute, a 24 hour clock for starting and stopping the system at any specified time, and a by-pass switch for periods when the clock is not in use.

A contactor relay is also available as optional equipment for use with a pyrometer, or any programming or semi-programming recorder-controller.

Used to bound all conductors together and to allow fast hanging of assembly

Input is achieved by using male positive locking connectors, which are integrally molded to the block. These connectors receive current from female positive locking connectors, on 3 separate cables. Mates with 60MFP3 and 60MNFP3 Duraline Plugs. Two grounding hooks allow the user to hang this receptacle block, for convenience.

Block Includes a 60MFP3 Male Fused Plug Input  Molded to 25 or 50 Feet 10/4 SOOW. This phase Splitting Block is Feed by a 3 Wire Male Plug 480 Volts 3 Phase, This is then Split to Feed the Heaters at 480 Volts Single Phase. Maximum Load Allowed with this Block is 15000 Watt

480 Volt Single Phase Nichrome "V" element with packed magnesium oxide insulation and inconel sheath. Elements are embedded in an aluminum shoe with a reflecting cover. Assembly is complete with a 30MFP-3 Male Fused Plug Molded to 14/3 105 Deg C SOOW Cable and strain relief.
