Duraline 3B20-4RR (4 Outlet) Power Distribution Block.
Uses 3BRRT replaceable receptacles. Mates with Duraline 3MT20 and 3MT20R plugs. A grounded brass hanging hook allows the user to hang the receptacle block for convenience.
