Any multiple of Single-Pole Cam Type Connectors molded in blocks can be ganged together to form phase banks. The blocks can be molded to DLO cable or have a stud or tapped hole to attach a lug. Most housings are made at a 30 degree angle to allow easier connection and allow rain to safely avoid the contacts. Housings are Stainless Steel with a Powder Coat finish. Duraline Cam Lok connectors achieve positive connections through a unique latching design. High locking pressures are developed, yet unlocking is quickly accomplished by depressing an insulated, external button. There are no external metal parts and no tools needed to connect or disconnect. These connectors feature a ball-nose design insulating sleeve to allow a splash-tight seal between male and female contacts. Insulators are available in several colors for phase identification.
